By accessing or using Findy (the "Service") at findy.ai, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These Terms form a binding agreement between you and Findy ("Findy", "we", "us", or "our").

2. Description of service

Findy is an AI-native workspace that helps you research, organize, and act on information. We provide AI-powered tools including document editing, task management, and intelligent search. Features and availability may change at any time.

3. Accounts

• –You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
• –You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• –You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• –You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
• –Notify us immediately at support@findy.ai if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• –Violate any applicable law or regulation.
• –Infringe the intellectual property rights of others.
• –Upload or transmit malware, viruses, or other harmful code.
• –Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system or network.

5. Your content

You retain ownership of content you create in Findy ("Your Content"). By using the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to host, store, and process Your Content solely to operate and improve the Service.

You represent that You have all rights necessary to grant this license, and that Your Content does not violate these Terms or any applicable law. We do not sell Your Content or use it to train AI models without your explicit consent.

6. AI-generated content

The Service uses AI to generate content, suggestions, and assistance. You acknowledge that:

• –AI-generated output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate for your use case.
• –You are solely responsible for reviewing and verifying AI-generated content before use.
• –We do not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or fitness of AI output.
• –You should not rely on AI output for legal, medical, financial, or safety-critical decisions without independent verification.

7. Intellectual property

The Service, including all software, designs, trademarks, and content created by Findy, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any right to use our name, logo, or trademarks. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of the Service without our written permission.

8. Payment and subscriptions

Certain features require a paid subscription. By subscribing:

• –Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.

• –We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.

9. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, with or without notice.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We will delete your data as described in our Privacy Policy. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including ownership, disclaimers, and limitations of liability) will survive.

10. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We disclaim all warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Findy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the greater of $100 or the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by a notice in the product at least 14 days before changes take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
